Linocut Workshop

Linocut is a relief printmaking technique where a design is cut into a linoleum surface with sharp knives, chisels and gouges. You’ll have the opportunity to create and transfer a design, cut and ink your plate to create a series of prints.

Please bring:

• You might like to prepare an image or drawing to inspire your prints

• An apron or old clothes you don’t mind getting ink on

• A packed lunch or dinner money

• Your creativity!

• All tools, inks, paper, materials, and refreshments will be provided.

• Concessions available upon request for students and people on a low income.
